1. The prices quoted are firm for 30 days. Thereafter, prices could change due to changes in our raw material cost.

2. All orders require a documented purchase order. Please include our quote number on your purchase order along with, quantity, price and requested delivery date. All orders and delivery dates will be confirmed.

3. Payment terms are net 30.

4. Standard lead times on EPS parts are 15-20 business days based per material availability and allocation. Rush orders with less than 4 business days lead time will be expedited as scheduling permits. Rush orders may incur up to a 15% additional charge.

5. Order changes may be accepted up to 3 business days prior to production. Order changes within 3 business days prior to production will be processed as a new order. Order changes may affect confirmed delivery dates.

6. Standard tolerances on EPS parts are +/- 1/16”. EPS is an inert and stable hydrocarbon, however, EPS will experience dimensional movement over time. Tolerances will be honored for a period of 45 days after the delivery date. We strongly encourage the use of “first in, first out” inventory usage.  All other foam materials are +/- 1/8” or as noted.

7. Shipping quantities are +/- 10% of ordered quantities. If exact quantities are needed, please contact your Account Manager.

8. Prices include standard packaging (stretch wrapped bundle). If special packaging is required additional cost may be incurred.

9. Customer pickup is available on all orders. Confirmation of pick up date and time is required.

10. FOB delivered shipments will be arranged by Styrene Products. Applicable delivery charges will apply.

Material and Tolerances:

1. Material: All foam parts quoted would be produced using virgin Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) beaded foam (unless otherwise specified). All densities are stated in nominal terms.

2. Documented acceptance(s) of parts are required previous to any first time production run(s).  Sample parts will be provided as needed prior to approved first time production run(s)

3. Tolerances: Tolerances on fabricated EPS parts are +/- 1/16 inch.

4. Production run parts on large scale may vary from sample run parts in the form of ripples, chatter, dimples, etc. and are considered within tolerance unless previously specified prior to approval of first time production run(s).  

 

 

Payment and Pricing:

1. Payment Terms: General Net 30.

2. Prices quoted by Seller are firm for a period of thirty (30) days, except that any change in specifications shall cause prices to be revised accordingly.

3. Seller reserves the right to review all prices on a periodic basis (quarterly) and may adjust prices to reflect changes in the cost of labor, materials, utilities, taxes, packaging, freight and other costs that may affect the prices quoted.

Production and Delivery:

1. Production and Delivery Lead Time: Our normal lead time is 10 to 15 business days. Various inventory management options are available to reduce delivery/release lead times. 

2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Seller is permitted a 10% over-run or under-run on the quantities ordered, and Buyer agrees to accept such over or under-runs as fulfillment of the order.

   • Unless otherwise specified, delivery will be made by Styrene Transport.

   • Orders under $250 may be shipped by a third party carrier such as UPS or Spee-Dee Delivery Service iif applicable.

   • Customer pickup is available to all customers.

3. Bundling/Packaging of Parts: Depending on the size and usage of parts, and the carrier used, parts will either be packaged in corrugate boxes or stretch wrapped. Parts that are stretch wrapped will have a corrugate base allowing handling by forklifts. This constitutes our standard packaging. Any changes in this packaging may affect the price.

 

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. Warranty and Liability: Seller warrants that parts shipped shall meet Seller’s standard quality requirement or such other quality requirements that have been agreed to in writing by the Seller. Limit of Seller’s liability shall be replacement of or issuance of credit for defective parts. No other liability, expressed or implied, shall be charged to the seller.

2. In the event Buyer rejects parts shipped, return may be made by agreement of Seller and Seller provides Buyer with an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number. In such case, Seller shall specify means of transportation for return shipment.
